Agnieszka Florek has over 18 years of experience at Inditex, currently serving as the Country Manager for ZARA Home since December 2005. Previous roles include Area Manager and Store Director in both Cracow and Dublin, where Agnieszka managed large teams, drove sales through strategic initiatives, controlled costs, and fostered a strong customer service culture. With a solid background in retail operations, Agnieszka was responsible for recruiting and training team members, maintaining store standards, and analyzing market trends. Agnieszka began the career at Inditex as a Sales Assistant in Dublin and holds a degree from Jagiellonian University, obtained in 2003.
