Lisa Nordin is an accomplished retail operations executive with extensive experience in managing and enhancing retail experiences. Since September 2018, Lisa has served as Vice President of Retail Experience and Operations at Indigo, following roles as Senior Director and Director of Operations and Profitability. Prior to joining Indigo, Lisa held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mama Earth Organics and National Director of Retail Sales and Operations at DAVIDsTEA, overseeing a team of 18 district managers and 10 corporate staff members. Lisa's earlier experience includes a managerial role at Kiehl's under L'Oréal's Luxury Division and various management positions at American Apparel, where Lisa was instrumental in launching the brand's first Canadian store. Lisa is an alumna of McGill University.
