Timothy Hartke started their work experience as an Information Technology College Intern at Navient in May 2018. From March 2017 to May 2019, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Ball State University. In June 2019, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as an Information Technology Analyst in Digital Health, where they worked until March 2021. During that time, they also served as a Tech Lead/Software Developer, Digital Health from March 2021 to April 2022, leading a team of software engineers and working on various projects including the design and implementation of a Clinical Data System. In May 2022, they became a Software Engineer at BitGo, where they implemented complex AWS services and utilized Kafka for critical messaging functionality. Their most recent position is a Software Engineer at INdigital, starting in January 2023.

Timothy Hartke obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Ball State University, where they attended from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at Purdue University Fort Wayne, expected to be completed within the timeframe of 2022 to 2023.
