Shalin Gaikwad has vast experience in various roles and industries. Shalin is currently serving as the Director of Consulting Operations and Business Development at Indiginus since January 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at igloohome from July 2018 to December 2022. Prior to their role at igloohome, Shalin served as an Associate at Emanation Partners from October 2013 to July 2016. Shalin started their professional journey as a Senior Analyst at Integreon in October 2011 and later became an Analyst from April 2010 to September 2011.

Shalin Gaikwad completed their education at The Cathedral and John Connon School from 1992 to 2006. Shalin then attended JAI HIND COLLEGE, MUMBAI where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Commerce degree at the University of Mumbai from 2009 to 2011. Recently, they attended Cambridge Judge Business School and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2017.
