Melody Lewis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development, program management, and grant administration. As the Founder of Indigenous Community Collaborative since November 2019, Melody focuses on creating sustainable solutions for organizations and enhancing service delivery. Melody co-founded Cahokia: SocialTech + ArtSpace, an Indigenous-led platform for entrepreneurs and creatives in Phoenix, and served as DEI Director at Tribal EM. Previous roles include Youth Workforce Development Project Manager at Native American Connections, Grants Specialist at South Mountain Community College, and several positions in workforce development and training. Melody's educational background includes ongoing studies at the University of Arizona, further complementing a strong commitment to community development and cultural awareness training.
