Currently serving as the Chair of Ephyra and Executive Chair of Dia Beta Labs Ltd, Peter Simpson also provides business advisory support for NEUROLENTECH GmbH. Previous roles include Chief Scientific Officer at Medicines Discovery Catapult and Director of the UK Lighthouse Lab Network, where significant contributions were made to drug discovery and the UK's COVID-19 response. An Honorary Professor at The University of Manchester, Peter Simpson holds a PhD in Cell Physiology & Pharmacology from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Biological Sciences from The University of Edinburgh.
