Roy Avondet is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at NextStep Partners LLC since June 2011, Avondet provides strategic support and mentorship to C-suite executives. In addition, Avondet manages Lami Park LLC, focusing on finance and accounting consulting and micro-mini venture capital investments. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Global Upside Corporation until its acquisition by Safeguard Global, and serving as CFO for various companies such as the Sovrin Foundation, Global PEO Services, Online Sheet Music, Inc., WiCis Inc., Golds Gym Utah, and Kynetx Inc. Avondet holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
