Mark Burgess has worked in the IT industry since 1993. Mark started as a Junior Computer Operator at Peterborough Software (UK) Ltd and was quickly promoted to Computer Operator. In 2000, they joined Rebus HR Ltd as a Systems Support Consultant, responsible for managing 5 IBM AS/400s and providing technical support for the IBM Customer Services team. In 2004, they joined DSM (GB) Ltd as a Computer Engineer, where their main focus was on networking and security. Since 2019, they have been employed by Indica Labs as a Technical Solutions Engineer and Manager of Technical Solutions (EMEA).
Mark Burgess attended Peterborough College from 1991 to 1993, studying Computer Studies. Mark also attended Orton Longueville from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained a High School degree.
