Xiomara Avecilla is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager currently with INDIBA since March 2023. Prior to this role, Xiomara held a similar position at Viveve, Inc. from September 2014 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing various HR functions. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant at Viveve, as well as Executive Legal Assistant at Sagaria Law, P.C. and Administrative Assistant at the Law Offices of Nelson, Perlov & Lee. Early career experience also includes a position as a Call Center Representative at Google. Xiomara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Santa Clara University, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2004, and attended Menlo Atherton High School from 1996 to 2000.
