Brian Hainline is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at both NYU Langone Medical Center and Indiana University School of Medicine, where responsibilities include lecturing and co-authoring numerous peer-reviewed articles and medical textbooks. Hainline served as Chief Medical Officer for the NCAA from January 2013 to May 2024, overseeing health and safety initiatives, and was the first Chief Medical Officer for the United States Tennis Association from 2008 to 2012, implementing health policies for American tennis. Additionally, Hainline held the position of Chief of the Division of Neurology and Integrative Pain Medicine at ProHEALTH Care Associates and was Vice-Chair of the Department of Neurology at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. Hainline holds an M.D. from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and has completed medical residency in neurology and internship in internal medicine.
