Ricardo L. Guimarães is a Lecturer in Management at the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, where responsibilities include teaching Business Strategy, Business Simulation, and International Business. Ricardo serves as a Volunteer Mentor for SCORE Mentors, providing pro-bono guidance in Small Business Management. A member of the Board of Directors for the Indiana Repertory Theatre, Ricardo has had a long tenure at Dow AgroSciences, holding various leadership roles, such as Integrated Business Planning Global Leader, Senior Director of Marketing, and Product Manager for the Sugar Cane Herbicides Portfolio. Earlier experience includes a position as Production Engineer - Superintendent, overseeing production operations and optimizing supply chain management. Additionally, Ricardo has served as a Board Member for NorthPark Community Credit Union. Educational qualifications include a Doctor's Degree candidate at Indiana University School of Education and multiple degrees from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, Babson College, and FEI in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, and Chemical Engineering.
