Justus O'Neil currently serves as the Public Relations & Social Media Officer at the Indiana Destination Development Corporation, focusing on promoting and branding Indiana's authentic story. Previously, Justus O'Neil held roles as the Varsity Men's Track and Soccer Coach at the International School of Indiana and worked as an Event Coordinator at the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute, where management of a 6,000 square-foot conference center and client relations were key responsibilities. As Managing Editor at the University, Justus O'Neil led a team of writers to produce a bi-weekly newspaper while mentoring editorial staff. Justus O'Neil also gained experience as an Education and Engagement Intern at the Indiana Historical Society, developing historical escape rooms. Justus O'Neil obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Indianapolis in 2022.
