Michelle Bollinger, MS HRM, SPHR, currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the President and EMT Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital since March 2019, where responsibilities include managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Additionally, Michelle has held multiple roles at Indian River Medical Center, including Cancer Care Service Coordinator and Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development. Previous leadership positions include serving as Chapter President of the Treasure Coast Human Resource Society in 2012 and holding various roles within the Treasure Coast Human Resource Association from 2011 to 2014. Michelle holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from St. Leo University.
