Sheila O'Sullivan, MSHR, SHRM-CP, PHR, FCLRP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist for the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners since December 2015. Previously, Sheila held the position of Human Resources Manager and Equal Employment Opportunity Officer for CareerSource Research Coast from April 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included the development and administration of human resources plans and ensuring compliance with employment laws. From 1998 to 2012, Sheila worked with the City of Port St. Lucie as a Human Resources Professional/Administrator, overseeing staffing processes and enhancing workforce diversity. Earlier in their career, Sheila served as a Legal Secretary at Morris Duffy Alonso and Faley. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Barry University and a Florida Certified Labor Relations Professional designation.
