Surendra Soni is currently serving as a Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Science since June 2023. Previously, Surendra held the position of Senior Project Engineer at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from February 2021 to June 2023, where significant contributions were made to laboratory development and mentoring PhD students. Prior to this, Surendra worked as a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at IIT Hyderabad from February 2020 to August 2020, gaining valuable experience in experimental lab development and the installation of advanced laser diagnostics tools. Surendra holds a Master of Technology in Thermo-fluids Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, completed in August 2015, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from FGIET Rae Bareli, graduated in July 2013.
