Prakash Chandra is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Taj Hotels since March 2023. Prior to this role, Prakash held positions at The Oberoi Group as Restaurant and Bar Manager from November 2021 to March 2023, and at ANdAZ as the Assistant Director of Restaurant and Bar Operation, where responsibilities included managing Annamaya Foodhall and Juniper Bar, as well as serving as Pre-opening Manager for Soul Pantry. Earlier experience includes roles at Dusit International, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, and The Imperial, with a strong emphasis on fine dining and F&B service. Prakash Chandra holds a Master in Business and Operation Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Shimla Kufri.
