Akhil's roles have included managing food and beverage services at hotels and resorts, showcasing expertise in diverse cuisines and dining concepts. Prior to this, Akhil worked as a Restaurant Manager at Taj Group Of Hotel I.H.C.L from July 2006 to April 2014, assisting with planning, forecasting, and managing departmental functions. Akhil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from St. Columba's New Delhi.
