Ashley Martinez is a Senior Field Engineer at the Indian Health Service, with experience dating back to June 2019. Concurrently, Ashley serves as a Lieutenant in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service since January 2020. Previous roles include Program Engineer at the Northwest Environmental Training Center and Bilingual Math Instructor at Lake Washington High School, both in 2019. Earlier experiences include being a Binational Business Grantee at COMEXUS Fulbright-Garc铆a Robles and an Operations & Analytics Intern at BlackTrust. Additionally, Ashley held the position of Hydraulic Modeling Intern at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Portland, along with studies at the Instituto Tecnol贸gico Aut贸nomo de M茅xico and the Pontificia Universidad Cat贸lica de Chile.
