Balwant Rawat currently serves as the Training Manager at Indiagold since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development Training Manager at BYJU'S from June 2021 to October 2023 and Assistant Manager Training & Development at Synonym Solutions from April 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included creating training programs and leading effective training sessions. Prior to that, Balwant worked as a Training and Development Associate, focusing on designing training programs and creating engaging materials, and as a Business Development Associate, involved in market research and client relationship management. Balwant holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Subharti University, expected to graduate in April 2026.
