Christine Sanchez, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Vice President and Lead HR Business Partner at Independent Financial since August 2020. Previously, Christine held the role of Assistant Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Rise Broadband, the largest fixed wireless broadband service provider in the United States, and as a Human Resources Manager followed by Human Resources Supervisor at CST Brands, a fuel and convenience retailer. Christine began their career as an HR Administrator at Level 3 Communications. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
