Kelvin Baez is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in IT infrastructure engineering and support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer at Independent Purchasing Cooperative since December 2016, Kelvin has also held roles as IT Operations Specialist and IT Support Specialist. Previous experience includes working as an IT Technician Specialist at POSITIVE OUTPUT and as Senior Technical Support at Mercatodo, SA, where responsibilities involved server maintenance, system management using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, and technical support across multiple branches. Early career includes a role as IT Consultant at Soportech, focusing on client support and network maintenance. Kelvin holds a Licentiate degree in Information Technology from Universidad del Caribe and a High School Diploma from Colegio Central.
