George Liagkos has extensive experience in electrical engineering, specializing in project design and contract management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving in the Contracts Management section at the Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO), George oversees user connection contracts for renewable energy producers. Previous roles include Electrical Engineer and Design Manager at various companies, where significant contributions were made to numerous photovoltaic projects in Greece and abroad, totaling over 600 MW. Educational qualifications include an Engineerās Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Patras, complemented by foundational education at the General Lyceum of Amfilochia.
