Michael Sithole is a seasoned metallurgist with extensive experience in various roles within the mining and metallurgical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Metallurgist at Independent Metallurgical Operations since August 2024, prior positions include Process Engineering Lead at Tronox from August 2022 to July 2024 and Senior Metallurgist at Manuka Resources Limited from January 2020 to August 2022. Michael has held multiple senior roles at CBH Resources Limited and Metallon Corporation, where responsibilities included being Assistant Metallurgical Manager and Plant Metallurgist, among others. Michael holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe, completed in 2003.
