Debra Larsen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare management and business leadership. Currently serving as Director/PMO at Independent Living Systems, LLC since April 2014, Debra has also been the CEO of Larz Dog Products, a company specializing in innovative dog restraint and training products, since January 2003. Previous roles include Business Change Director at Anthem Blue Cross, where Debra managed significant projects such as the ICD-10 transition and the Affordable Health Care Act preparation, and Manager II at Anthem Blue Cross of CA, overseeing behavioral health utilization management. Debra's career also includes serving as Utilization Management/Quality Improvement Director at Childrens Physician's Management Group and Site Manager/Patient Management at Aetna, where responsibilities encompassed patient management and implementation of key healthcare guidelines. Debra holds multiple Master's Degrees in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley.
