Debbie Carella has over two decades of experience in IT management, currently serving as the Manager of IT Service Management and Compliance, as well as the Enterprise Release Manager at Independent Health since December 2011. Prior to this role, Debbie was the IT Software Development Lifecycle Manager at Fiserv Lending Solutions from October 1997 to November 2011. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Niagara University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
