Danielle Darowz Grek has over 20 years of work experience in the IT and healthcare industry. Danielle has held roles such as Lead IT Business Analyst at Independent Health, Manager of Technical Projects at UB Associates, Inc., Sr. IT Account Manager at Independent Health, and VP of Information Processing at the New York State Foundation for Science, Technology and Innovation. Their experience includes managing technical projects, database operations, and business analysis in various organizations.

Danielle Darowz Grek completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Management Information Systems, General at Canisius University. In 2018, they received Board Leadership Training in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from United Way. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023 and as a Certified Spiritual Advisor from Lisa Williams International School of Spiritual Development in 2021.
