Duane Botha is an experienced Independent Workforce Management Consultant and Startup Strategist with a focus on business and workforce development support services. Since August 2016, Duane has offered specialized services including training facilitation, leadership development, e-learning transformation, and business strategy support. Previously, Duane held leadership roles in training and development at PayJoy and Mukuru, where responsibilities included designing and implementing comprehensive learning and development practices. Additional experience includes project management at The Training Room Online and roles at PEP and South African Breweries. Duane is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Regenesys.
