Ada Polla is a board member of the Independent Beauty Association. Ada has held this position for 7 years and 6 months. Prior to their current role, they served as the President and CEO of Alchimie Forever, a Swiss-based skincare company, for 18 years and 1 month. During their time at Alchimie Forever, Ada was responsible for launching the company in the US, growing it into a global brand, and securing partnerships with exclusive spas, boutiques, and cosmetic dermatologists. Ada is also a founding member and Treasurer of the Washington Spa Alliance, an Editorial Board member of GCI Magazine, and a HBA Conference Advisory Board member. In addition to their work with the Independent Beauty Association, Ada is also the Executive Director of Neill Fulfillment and a writer for The Huffington Post Style Section.

Ada Polla graduated from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business with an MBA in Business in 2004. Prior to that, they graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Theirtory of Art & Political science in 1999. While at Harvard, they were a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Magna cum Laude societies.
