Paul Navarro has a diverse work history, starting in 1989 with various roles as an actor, writer, director, sound designer, and composer. Paul also worked as a teacher at Immortel Modeling and Acting (2005-2006), Heald College (2009-2010), Carrington College (2008-2012), and Mt. Hood Community College (2008-2012). During this time, they also took on the role of instructional assistant at Mt. Hood Community College (2008-2010). Paul has also worked on several film projects, including producing, writing, and directing the short film "LOAD" (2013), which has been recognized at various film festivals. Paul served as a co-producer, director, and co-writer for "Quiet Zone" (2013-2014), and as the executive producer, writer, and director for the television pilot "Burghatory" (2014). Most recently, Paul has been working as the Director of Media Operations at APA (Agency for the Performing Arts) since September 2015.
Paul Navarro received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater from Portland State University in 2000. Paul then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in English and Theater Arts at the same institution from 2001 to 2003. In 2014, Paul completed their Masters of Entertainment Technology degree at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in Writing, directing and producing for TV, Film, Video game, and themed entertainment.
