Shannon Harrell has a diverse work experience in various industries, including marketing, communications, and academia. Shannon is currently a Member at Chief, a private network focused on advancing women in leadership positions. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Strategic Communications and Channel Marketing at Independence Pet Group. In this role, they oversaw strategic communications, PR, and marketing operations for multiple brands.

Additionally, Shannon obtained a certification in ADKAR from Prosci in November 2015.
