Tom Skinner has a diverse work experience. Tom is currently working at Independence Blue Cross as a Principal Contact Center Engineer since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cerner Corporation as a Senior System Engineer from March 2015 to August 2021. Before joining Cerner Corporation, they worked at Verizon Select Services, Inc. as a Communications Technician from March 2005 to October 2014.

Tom Skinner completed their education in a chronological order. Tom attended Penn State Dickinson Law from 1986 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they have acquired two additional certifications. In March 2011, Tom obtained an Avaya ACS: IP Implement certification from Avaya, and in June 2020, they achieved an AudioCodes Certified Associate certification from AudioCodes.
