Carmen Salas DiFelice is an experienced professional in data quality and governance, currently serving as the Manager at Independence Blue Cross since August 2016. Prior to this role, Carmen worked as a Business Architect at J2 Solutions for a brief period in 2016 and as the Principal Consultant and President of DiFelice Consulting, Inc. from 2009 to 2016. Notably, Carmen contributed to Berkadia from 2013 to 2016, where duties included serving as an IT Consultant, Big Data Analytics Scrum Master, and MDM Project Manager, focusing on enhancing data collection and establishing a center of excellence in data science.
