Rogeria Soares has a diverse work experience. Rogeria started their career as an Administrative Agent at PRODERJ in 1982 and worked there until 1984. In 1993, they worked as a Grafikdesign at Prinz for a year. From 1994 to 2005, they worked as an Event Manager at Viva Brasil. Their most recent role was as a Project Manager at Indegene.

Rogeria Soares pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1982 to 1984, they attended Parque Lage Visual Art School, where they completed their Ausbildung in Sculpture. Following this, from 1990 to 1993, Rogeria Soares enrolled in Akademie für Werbung and obtained their degree, Ausbildung, in Grafik und Druck.
