Cindy Tang

Digital Platform Operations Manager at Indegene

Cindy Tang has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Co-Founder and VP Finance for the McGill Students' Ballroom Dance Club. Cindy initiated the establishment of the club, conducted performance analysis, and maintained relationships with sponsors and instructors. In 2013, they served as the President of the Medical Grand Rounds for Undergraduate Students, organizing educational seminar events with guest physicians. Cindy then worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at McGill University in 2014, followed by a role as Co-Director of the ECOuture Charity Fashion Show.

In 2016, Cindy joined Roche as a Medical Affairs Intern, providing project management support and coordinating procurement of services for medical events. Cindy also led a company-wide project to evaluate stakeholder evaluations and created performance trackers. Later, they became a Medical Coordinator, responsible for project management support across multiple cross-functional teams and leading strategic implications based on work plan and performance gaps.

In 2018, Cindy joined Bridge Medical Communications as a Project Manager and Medical Communications Associate. Cindy managed an international partnership program and led multiple medical education and self-assessment programs. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Medical Communications Manager, responsible for the development of project management platforms and strategic planning with global partner organizations.

Currently, Cindy is working at Indegene as an Account Manager - Medical Communications and a Digital Platform Operations Manager. Their roles include managing client accounts, leading medical communication projects, and overseeing the operations of digital platforms.

Cindy Tang completed their education in a chronological order. From 2011 to 2015, they studied at McGill University and obtained an Honors Bachelor of Science (H.B.Sc) degree in Interdepartmental Honors in Immunology. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Toronto from 2015 to 2017, where they attained a Masters of Biotechnology degree with a focus on Biotechnology. Additionally, they obtained certification in Data Analytics from BrainStation in March 2021.
