Adam LAISSAOUI is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the asset management industry. Currently serving as Principal at INDEFI since 2014, Adam has led or contributed to over 80 projects spanning various geographies and industries, focusing on buyer and vendor strategy due diligences for European mid-cap companies. Prior to this role, Adam gained valuable experience as a Private Equity Analyst at Keensight Capital, where responsibilities included market analysis, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation of legal documents. Adam also held analyst positions at IDINVEST Partners and BNP Paribas Investment Partners. Adam holds dual master's degrees from Grenoble Ecole de Management in Finance and in Management "Grandes Ecoles Program."
