Svenja Gudell currently serves as the Chief Economist at Indeed.com, leading the Indeed Hiring Lab. Previously, Svenja held the position of Chief Economist at Zillow Group, where Svenja led the Economic Research Team. With a background in corporate finance, governance, and labor economics, Svenja has also worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Analysis Group. Svenja holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Rochester and has been actively involved in various economic and business associations.
