Pearleen Pao is an experienced professional in product and operations management, currently serving as Associate Product Manager and Associate Site Lead at Indeed.com since February 2020. In this role, Pearleen oversees the health and satisfaction of a 700-member technology organization in Tokyo, collaborating with global leadership and corporate teams to enhance people operations programs. Prior to this, Pearleen worked as Site Operations Manager and Business Operations Manager at Gushcloud Japan from November 2017 to January 2020, contributing to performance and daily operations as a founding member of the company. Earlier experience includes serving as International Business and Marketing Manager at PABLO Enterprise Co., Ltd from September 2015 to September 2017, and as Coordinator for International Relations at Toyohashi City Hall from September 2013 to August 2015. Pearleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Studies and Government & International Relations from the University of Sydney.
