Laura M. is an experienced communications leader with a strong background in corporate and internal communications. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Internal Communications Leader at Indeed.com since November 2019, Laura previously held the position of Director of Internal Communications at Capital One, where strategic communication initiatives were developed for the Commercial Bank. With a history of leading corporate communications at Nestlé Waters, managing internal communications at ITT Corporation, and directing communications strategies in various roles at Subway, General Electric, and Unilever, Laura has consistently focused on enhancing employee engagement and organizational messaging. Laura holds a Master of Arts in English/Linguistics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Syracuse University.
