Sofia Martin is an accomplished marketing and innovation professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Marketing and Innovation Manager at INDECO by Nexans, Sofia previously held multiple positions at 3M, including Marketing Leader for the Andean Region Hardware Channel, Marketing Manager for the Electrical Division in the Andean Region, and Marketing Supervisor for Cleaning and Worksafe Place in the Andean Region. Earlier in their career, Sofia worked as a Sales Analyst at Yanbal and as a Front Desk Manager at the International Potato Center (CIP).
