Jim Weiss is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader, known for founding Real Chemistry in June 2001, where Jim serves as Chairman and CEO, driving innovation in global health. In March 2024, Jim launched the podcast "Get Real with the Chairman," where Jim shares insights from healthcare innovators. In addition to their work at Real Chemistry, Jim holds various advisory and board positions, including Executive Advisor at New Mountain Capital, Board Member at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, and Member of the ACS CEO Executive Advisory Council. Educationally, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
