Victoria Ball is a seasoned professional in library and information services with extensive experience in managing global medical libraries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Library Services at Incyte since September 2018, Victoria oversees needs assessment, vendor negotiations, access management, copyright, and budgeting, while also managing the library site on SharePoint to facilitate global access to critical resources. Previously, Victoria created a global medical library for Incyte and held the position of Manager of Library and Information Services at Hollister Incorporated, transitioning the library from a paper-based to a virtual research center. Victoria began the career as an Information Research Scientist at Abbott Laboratories, focusing on research support for business development. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Master of Library Science from Rutgers University.
