Sheila Anne Denton currently serves as EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Incyte, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Denton spent nearly two decades at Boehringer Ingelheim, where Sheila Anne held various titles, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, overseeing legal and governmental affairs for both pharmaceutical and animal health sectors in the United States. Additionally, Denton led multiple corporate legal departments, focusing on human pharmaceuticals, corporate strategy, and innovation initiatives, and served as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Earlier in their career, Denton was a law partner at Pullman & Comley, LLC, specializing in litigation. Denton earned a J.D. from Western New England School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
