Michelle Donovan, MBA, has extensive experience in business intelligence and procurement, currently serving as Associate Director of Business Intelligence at Incyte since January 2016. In this role, Michelle leads Request for Proposals for clinical services, negotiates large budgets, and manages relationships with key vendors to optimize a $300M annual spend. Prior to Incyte, Michelle worked at Accenture, where responsibilities included executing sourcing initiatives and managing contract life cycles. Earlier experience includes roles at LIFT and the Philadelphia Housing Authority, focusing on client services and eligibility assessments. Michelle holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Delaware and Bachelor's degrees in Marketing from both Fox School of Business at Temple University and University College Dublin.
