Matthew Farren is a highly experienced scientist with a robust background in oncology and immunology research. As a Senior Research Investigator at Incyte since November 2020, Matthew leads pharmacological investigations. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Senior Scientist at Q² Solutions, focusing on translational science and assay development. Matthew's expertise includes managing scientific communications and flow cytometry assay development. Previous positions include Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Laboratory Manager at Winship Cancer Institute, as well as fellowships at Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center and Roswell Park Cancer Institute, where Matthew conducted pre-clinical and clinical research on various cancers while developing innovative methodologies. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from the University at Buffalo and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Ohio University.
