Mohamed Hassanin has worked for several companies over the past two decades. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Sakhr Software, where they built Johaina, a news monitoring and extraction service. Mohamed also enhanced tools of information extraction and categorization of documents. In 2005, they became a Team Leader at ITWorx, where they conducted requirements gathering and analysis, developed and managed Business Requirements Documentations of projects, and designed and developed Software Solutions for Web and BI solutions. In 2008, they were promoted to Business Intelligence Technical Consultant at ITWorx, where they led, coached, motivated, trained and supported team members, developed the vision and scope of BI and performance management solutions, and developed detailed specifications of BI and performance management solutions. In 2011, they became a Product Manager at ITWorx, where they assumed the role of a Product Manager for ONTRACK (Performance and Strategy Management Solution) and participated in implementing mega performance management solutions in the region for governments and public entities. In 2018, they were promoted to Product Senior Consultant at ITWorx, where they were responsible for conducting business development and pre-sales activities of ITWorx OnTrack (Performance Management Solution) in Saudi Arabia and participated in product marketing activities. In 2021, they became a Senior Product Manager at Incorta.

Mohamed Hassanin has an educational background that includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration from The American University in Cairo, obtained between 2014 and 2019, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Ain Shams University, obtained between 1993 and 1998. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Learn Incorta since 2018.
