Frank Prisciandaro is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the IT Manager for the Incorporated Village of Freeport since November 2017, Frank has previously held prominent positions such as Deputy Commissioner of Information Technology for the Suffolk County Department of Information Technology and Commissioner of Information Technology and Telecommunications for the Town of North Hempstead from September 2005 to May 2016. In earlier roles, Frank worked as an Account Manager and Project Manager at Bowne Management Systems and as an Information Technology Project/Program Manager at Robert Plan Corporation, where contributions included the introduction of innovative medical insurance claims processing technology. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from St. John's University.
