Kurt Karl Teshima MAcc, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of accounting and finance.

Kurt Karl is currently serving as the President of InCorp Services, Inc. and previously held the role of CFO in the same company. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Apex Linen Service, Inc., where they were responsible for all financial reporting.

Kurt Karl has also worked as the Chief Financial Officer of the Public Education Foundation and as the VP of Finance and Controller at Superior Linen, LLC, where they supervised a team of three.

Kurt's experience also includes working as the VP and CFO at Vision Sign, Inc., a portfolio company of Main Street Capital. Kurt Karl was responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, controllership, and human resources.

Kurt Karl has also held senior management positions at MICE North America and Smart City Networks, where they served as the Sr. Vice President and CFO, and Director of Finance, respectively.

In addition, Kurt has worked as an Executive Director in ERP Systems and Director in Finance Controller and Internal Audit at Global Experience Specialists. Kurt Karl led a team of professionals for implementing an integrated financial management system.

Kurt started their career as the Manager of Internal Audit at UBM plc, where they established and directed the internal audit function of U.S. Subsidiary UAP. Kurt Karl also worked as an Accounting and Assurance Manager at Dodd, Wing and Co. Accountants and Consultants.

With their extensive experience and expertise, Kurt has proven their ability to handle various financial responsibilities and contribute to the success of different organizations.

Kurt Karl Teshima obtained a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree in Auditing from Brigham Young University in 1982-1983. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Kurt Karl Teshima is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
