JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022 and has been an Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022, Contributing Professor at Walden University from March 2018 to July 2021, and Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University from August 2015 to August 2018. Additional experience encompasses Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Ohio Dominican University, Graduate Research Assistant, MSW Social Work Field Liaison, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University, as well as School Social Worker for Columbus City Schools - Ohio and Reynoldsburg City School District.
