Siti Aisyah has extensive experience in Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) engineering and planning, currently serving as an HES Engineer Planning at PT. Inconis Nusa Jaya since December 2020. Key responsibilities include managing data related to the Operating Expense Budget, facilitating budget approvals for various Chevron entities, and monitoring financial performance. Previous roles include HES Engineer at PT Oryx Services, where Siti developed a business plan scorecard, and HES Analyst at PT. Vadhana International, managing incident data. Earlier experience as a Technical Assistant at PT. SPIE Oil and Gas Indonesia involved developing behavior-based safety analysis tools and training. Siti holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Politeknik Caltex Riau.
