Gordon Ross is the current CEO at Inconen. Prior to this, they were the Automation Engineering Manager at Honeywell from August 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they managed the Automation Engineering Team in a high-volume manufacturing plant. Gordon was responsible for providing leadership for Testing, Automation Equipment Development, Engineering Strategy, IIOT deployment, Manufacturing Sustainability, and Project Management.

Before their time at Honeywell, Gordon Ross was the Director of Engineering at Applied Technical Services from November 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they managed a large Engineering group in an EMS provider. Gordon was responsible for providing leadership for Manufacturing and Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Component Engineering and Configuration Management. Additionally, they developed manufacturing and test strategies, including a Technology Roadmap.

Gordon Ross started their career as the Director of Test Engineering at Qualitel Corp. from September 2014 to November 2017.

Gordon Ross has a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Dundee and Angus College. Gordon specialize in electrical engineering and has worked in the field for many years.
